The Workshop is supported by principal, major and regular sponsors but also by exhibitors.The major world companies are presenting the latest developments in endoscopes, endotherapy equipments, materials and new devices. Major pharmaceutical companies involved in gastroenterology, oncology, pancreatic diseases, liver diseases and inflammatory bowel diseases are also present taking this unique opportunity of having interaction with worldwide audience of gastroenterologists practicing endoscopy.

The technical exhibition will be organised in the Hall 10 (total surface of 2,980 m2). This hall is conveniently located since it offers a direct link to the Auditorium 2000 where the scientific sessions are held. The main entrance of the meeting and the welcome desk being located in Hall 10, the participants will have to pass through the exhibition surface to reach the Auditorium. Areas for the coffee breaks and for lunches, rest areas and permanent bar are included in the exhibition hall, providing an exceptional opportunity for having excellent interaction between the participants and the bio-medical industry.

The location of the exhibition and the design of the Workshop offer an excellent opportunity to obtain an instant feedback about the topics discussed as well as the material demonstrated during live demonstrations.The time frame of the Workshop organisation is also very much appropriate to discuss the latest developments presented at the Digestive Disease Week organised one month before.

- 12,5 m2 for Regular Sponsors
Exhibitors are proposed spaces of 4 or 8 m2. Booths are allocated on the basis of space only. This means that it is a bare surface, without partitions, without decoration, without furniture or electrical connection and that the exhibitors are responsible for their booth construction. Carpet on the whole surface of the Hall 10 will be provided by the organisers.

An Mdeon visa for all the exhibitors will be requested by the organisers once we get the final list of exhibitors. Should you apply as exhibitor or sponsor after the deadline of December 31, 2011, the fee invoiced by Mdeon for submission of an additional request will be charged to the exhibitor/sponsor.
Sponsors may organise a Satellite Symposium as part of the Scientific Program. The organisation of this Satellite Symposium is included in the sponsorship package offered to the Principal and Major Sponsors.
