Congress Location All the scientific sessions will take place at the BRUSSELS EXHIBITION CENTRE located in the North area of Brussels (Place de Belgique - Belgiëplein, 1020 Brussels), easily accessible from the motorway surrounding Brussels. It is served from the Centre of the city by the underground line 6 that runs directly to the station "Heysel". An access map will be sent with the confirmation of registration. The registered delegates (3 days of the Workshop) will be offered a "Metro Pass" allowing them to reach the congress venue within 15-20 minutes from their hotel downtown. The course will be held in the AUDITORIUM 2000, a comfortable half circled meeting room garanteing good visibility of the screen, while the exhitition of the Industry will be displayed in the Hall 10. A large parking located next to the Auditorium 2000 will be available for the participants at the cost of 3,50 EUR per day.     Welcome desk A welcome desk will be open at the Brussels Exhibition Centre, at the entrance of the Hall 10, on Sunday, June 19, 2011 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m and will remain at the disposal of the participants from 8:00 a.m. till the end of the working sessions, each day of the Workshop. Precise opening hours will be mentioned in the confirmation of registration.   Language The language of the Workshop will be English. For the first time this year, simultaneous translation into French will be provided for those asking for it. Brussels : Yours to discover ! Brussels is more than a 1000 years old.
