For payments by credit cards (only VISA or EUROCARD/MASTERCARD), our payment gateway uses the SSL encryption protocol to guarantee secure transactions and complete confidentiality. Your bank details and all the information you enter inside the gateway are automatically encrypted when your payment data is transferred over the network.
 

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information (such as your name, postal address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address) when you register to our scientific activities. Once you register, you are not anonymous to us.

The information you provide us is used to register you properly to the Workshop and to fulfill the administrative services inherent in your participation (badge, certificate of attendance, accreditation certificate, invoice....). The information is also used to contact you when necessary (missing information, confirmation of registration etc) and provides reporting for internal purpose.

We do not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people, except with the companies supporting the Workshop ; these latters are provided only with a list of attendees mentioning your name, your position (medical doctor / nurse), the city and the country you are coming from. All other information remains confidential. These companies do not have any independant right to share this information.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to our scientific activities, such as announcements of coming Workshops, administrative messages, products that we could propose you (such as videos) or newsletters.

At last, we limit access to personal information about you to the Course Coordinator, the Course Directors and a few employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information.
